The team did excellent work on my Z4M. They communicated clearly and quickly and was able to diagnose an issue with work done by another shop. They even washed the car. Highly recommended!

Great team of professionals that make scheduling easy, are responsive and upfront about costs and scope of work. I took two of my BMWs here and they were always great to work with. On my most recent visit, they were very candid about the scope of work that might be needed down the road on a five year old car during an inspection and gave me all the information needed to make an informed choice. With my X1 a few years ago, there was an issue with a brake service job that they took ownership of a helped correct at no cost. Check them out before going to the dealership once your 3 year warranty is up!

It is always a pleasure bringing my cars over to Bavavian Professionals Berkeley. The've performed miracles on my 50+ year old E9, as well as routine maintenance on everything else. Aside from being the best BMW mechanics in the Bay Area, Eric and the team's outstanding customer service stands apart -constantly exceeding expectations! BavPros leads with honesty and are always super generous with their time. I highly recommend their services to anyone as a BMW/German repair technician of choice.

The short answer is, yeah its worth it. Took my e90 to these guys for an oil pan gasket, engine mount, and transmission fluid/gasket/filter service. As this being the first time ever having anything done at a shop, the experience was great. Ryan!! That dude helped me out and was super knowledgeable and straight forward throughout the whole process, and even provided a loaner car for me to make it to work the next day 😭. Got my car back and it feels amazing! Took her to woodside for a celebratory little drive. She is feeling smoother, tighter, and refreshed overall. You can tell they know these cars and take pride in their work. I will forsure be back!

Outstanding service on my BMW X1 by this team. Much better than the two previous dealerships that cared for the car. The service advisors are excellent and my car is running better than new at a fraction of the franchised dealer cost. Bavarian Professionals are terrific.
